Things had to change - I had to change.

how are we able to receive if we are not home?
It is not happening - and the more we are not receiving, the more we are out, and then... You see the loop here. At least that's what I experienced in my business back in the days.

But I discovered something in that proces above. (And I'm not talking from broke to the first million here, you can read all about that in my book. I'll link to it in the end of this. So if that's what you want answered on then please scroll all the way down, but if you want the small readjustments from the first to 7 figures then stay right here).

Every time I got sick and tired and had enough, then I want you to note what happened with my energy here. It was not like I was tired and just needed a break. It was not like I was mad or irritated of anything. It was not like I was sad or depressed. It was like I just let the fuck go. I was neutral. I pulled back all my energy from whatever case it must be, and became completely not caring whatever outcome would unfold. (more about the neutral energy another day)

It was not like I gave up, I just became faithful.
Whatever outcome was for the highest good of all.
Reminding myself that the universe always knew better, and had a even greater vision for my future than I could imagine myself.

When I become neutral and let go of all negative spirals (the whisper of the ego), I start allowing myself to implement what I do want to bloom in the future. And I know that can sound easier said than done, because negative thoughts seem to catapult themselves and be kinda sticky! So, the easiest way to describe that feeling is like; When we don't feel like going for a workout, but we allow ourselves to bring on our workout clothes and shoes anyway, and when it's on we might as well go for the workout anyway. Or, we don't feel like doing the creative painting, but we put the gear in place anyway and pull the painting in front of us, then we might as well paint the first line, the next one and the next one. I hope I painted the picture for you here... By shifting our focus we forget all about the negative spiral, because we started a positive spiral that is now catapulting into your chosen, desired and wanted future.

I've been at this point more than once now and I promise you it get's easier and easier every time. And if you feel like the make og break point right now, but don't dare to "because you've aint been here before, and dont got the evidence for it to be well", let me just call your bullshit here! We've all been here at some point, maybe just not in your chosen area right now... then look in a different life area - maybe personal or relationship - and know you can copy the feeling fx to your business situation. Because it's the exact same feeling to manifest. You don't have to understand it, just trust it.

Let's take it a step further.

What Is Abundance?
Abundance isn't just about wealth or material possessions. It's a mindset—a way of seeing the world where you recognize and appreciate the plentiful opportunities, relationships, resources, and possibilities around you. It’s the belief that there is enough for everyone, and that life is filled with limitless opportunities for growth, love, joy, and success.

The Scarcity Mindset
To fully appreciate abundance, it’s important to first understand its opposite: the scarcity mindset. A scarcity mindset is rooted in fear, where you see life as a zero-sum game. People who operate from this mindset tend to hoard resources, believing that if someone else wins, they lose. This creates a constant sense of competition and comparison, leading to stress, envy, and dissatisfaction.

A scarcity mindset whispers that there isn’t enough—enough time, enough money, enough success—so you must scramble for whatever scraps you can get. This type of thinking limits personal growth, innovation, and the ability to fully enjoy life.

Embracing an Abundance Mindset
Shifting to an abundance mindset allows you to see life as rich with possibilities. It’s the belief that there is enough success, love, wealth, and happiness to go around for everyone. When you understand abundance, you stop competing with others and start collaborating, sharing, and giving freely. Here are a few ways to cultivate an abundance mindset:

How Limiting Beliefs Block Abundance
Limiting beliefs are often rooted in scarcity thinking—the belief that there’s not enough to go around, or that you’re not worthy of receiving more. These thoughts manifest as self-doubt, fear of failure, or a negative mindset that keeps you stuck in a cycle of lack. You may think:

"I’m not talented enough to earn more."
"Good things don’t happen to people like me."
"I’ll never find the right partner."
"I don’t have the resources to live the life I want."
When you believe in these limitations, you unknowingly close the door to abundance. Your thoughts influence your actions, which, in turn, determine your outcomes. If you believe there are limited opportunities, you’re less likely to pursue new ventures. If you think you’re unworthy of success, you might sabotage potential wins before they even happen.

Steps to Overcome Limiting Beliefs and Attract Abundance

1. Identify Your Limiting Beliefs. The first step to overcoming limiting beliefs is recognising them. Pay attention to the negative thoughts that repeatedly surface when you think about achieving your goals or experiencing abundance. Write them down and ask yourself where these beliefs came from. Were they passed down from family, influenced by societal expectations, or shaped by past failures?
2. Challenge Your Beliefs Once you’ve identified your limiting beliefs, it’s time to challenge them. Ask yourself:
Is this belief really true?
What evidence do I have to support or refute it?
Have others in my position achieved success despite facing similar challenges? By questioning the validity of these beliefs, you start to weaken their power over you.
3. Replace Limiting Beliefs with Empowering Ones You can’t just stop a limiting belief—you need to replace it with a more empowering one. For example:
Change "I’m not good enough" to "I am constantly growing, learning, and improving."
Replace "I’ll never be successful" with "Success is possible, and I’m on the path to achieve it." Repeat these new affirmations daily until they become your new reality.

Gratitude and the Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction teaches us that like attracts like. When you focus on feelings of lack, scarcity, or dissatisfaction, you inadvertently attract more of that energy into your life. However, when you practice gratitude, you align with abundance by sending out signals of joy, appreciation, and contentment to the universe.

Gratitude amplifies what you already have. It shifts your focus from the absence of something to the presence of everything. As you continue to express gratitude, you begin to realize that you are already living in a state of abundance—perhaps not in the ways you expected, but in ways that are far richer and more fulfilling.

Gratitude Changes Your Perspective
Often, abundance isn’t about accumulating more things; it’s about recognizing the wealth that already surrounds you. When you start to appreciate what you have—whether it's your health, relationships, or even the beauty of nature—you open your eyes to the abundance that already exists.

For example, take a moment to reflect on your day. Did the sun shine on your face? Did you have food to eat? Did someone smile at you? Each of these moments, though small, are expressions of the abundance around you. When you practice noticing these things, you start to see how rich your life already is.

This shift in perspective allows you to stop chasing more and start embracing the present. From this space, you're able to receive more fully because you are no longer in a mindset of lack or need.

This vibration is like saying to the universe
"thank you I'm ready for more os this"

The Power of Gratitude
Gratitude is more than just saying "thank you" or feeling momentarily happy. It is an intentional mindset that shifts your focus from what you don’t have to what you already possess. When you consciously appreciate the blessings in your life—whether big or small—you create a vibrational shift. This shift not only impacts your internal state but also has the power to attract more positive experiences.

How Gratitude Attracts Abundance
Gratitude Shifts Energy: When you feel grateful, your energy becomes more expansive, open, and positive. This magnetic energy naturally attracts more of what you desire into your life.
Gratitude Builds Momentum: The more you practice gratitude, the easier it becomes. It starts as a conscious effort but quickly becomes second nature. As you continue to express thanks for what you have, you'll notice that more things to be grateful for start to show up.
Gratitude Creates Alignment: When you are thankful for your current situation, you align yourself with the frequency of abundance. This state of alignment allows the universe to deliver more of what matches your energy—whether it's opportunities, resources, or supportive relationships.
Gratitude Enhances Creativity: Feeling grateful opens your mind and heart to new possibilities. Instead of focusing on what’s not working, you become more solution-oriented, open to inspiration, and ready to seize opportunities that may have otherwise gone unnoticed.

Practices to Cultivate Gratitude
Cultivating gratitude can be simple, yet profound. Here are some practices to help you embrace gratitude as a gateway to abundance:

Start a Gratitude Journal: Each day, write down three to five things you are grateful for. They can be as simple as “a warm cup of coffee” or as big as “landing a new job opportunity.” Over time, you’ll start to notice an increase in your sense of abundance.
Express Gratitude to Others: Whether it’s a thank-you note, a heartfelt text, or a genuine compliment, expressing gratitude to others deepens your appreciation for the connections you have. This energy of thankfulness nurtures your relationships and attracts more meaningful connections.
Gratitude Meditation: Spend a few moments each day in quiet reflection, focusing on the things you are grateful for. Visualize these blessings in your life and feel the warmth and joy they bring. This mindfulness practice helps reinforce your focus on abundance.
Turn Challenges into Gratitude: Even in difficult times, try to find something to be thankful for. Did a challenging situation teach you a valuable lesson? Did it strengthen your resilience? Shifting your focus to gratitude, even in adversity, opens the door for new opportunities and growth.

Allowing Yourself to Receive: The Art of Accepting Abundance
In a world that often emphasizes giving, it can be easy to forget that receiving is just as important. Allowing yourself to receive—whether it’s help, love, compliments, or abundance—can feel uncomfortable for many. Yet, learning to open yourself up to receiving is a vital step in living a balanced and fulfilled life.

Many of us have grown up with the idea that being self-reliant and independent is the highest virtue. We may feel guilty or unworthy of what others offer, believing that receiving somehow makes us weak. But the truth is, being able to receive requires vulnerability, trust, and a deep sense of self-worth.

Receiving isn't about taking advantage of others; it's about creating flow. Just like the cycle of giving, receiving allows energy, kindness, and resources to move freely between people. When you receive with grace and gratitude, you’re not just benefiting yourself—you’re also allowing others the joy of giving.

So, how do you cultivate the ability to receive? Start by acknowledging that you are worthy of abundance in all forms. Practice saying “thank you” without deflecting or minimizing. Accept compliments, offers of support, and even unexpected blessings without guilt.

The act of receiving is a gift not only to yourself but to those around you. It’s a gentle reminder that we are all interconnected, constantly giving and receiving in the dance of life. By allowing yourself to receive, you invite greater abundance and joy into your world.

Manifesting Abundance: Unlocking the Power of Your Mind
Manifesting abundance is about aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with the energy of prosperity. The concept is rooted in the belief that the universe responds to our thoughts and intentions, attracting experiences that reflect our mindset. Whether it’s financial wealth, health, or fulfilling relationships, abundance starts with shifting your inner world.

To manifest abundance, begin by cultivating a mindset of acknowledging what you already have creates an energetic foundation for receiving more. Visualize your goals clearly and feel the emotions of already having achieved them. Combine this with inspired action—moving toward your desires with confidence and trust that the universe will support your journey.

Consistency is key. Practice daily affirmations, surround yourself with positive influences, and remain open to unexpected opportunities. By doing so, you align with the frequency of abundance and open the door for it to flow into your life. The abundance mindset isn’t just about material wealth—it’s about living in a state of continual growth, possibility, and fulfillment.

Start manifesting today by believing that you are already abundant!

Sharing Abundance: A Path to Collective Growth
this concept of sharing abundance offers a fresh perspective. Instead of focusing on scarcity, it invites us to recognize the wealth that exists within and around us—be it knowledge, time, skills, or material goods—and to share it generously.

Sharing abundance isn't just about giving; it’s about creating a cycle of reciprocity that uplifts everyone involved. When we share our resources, we contribute to a community that thrives on collaboration, empathy, and collective growth. By offering what we have in abundance, we foster connections that lead to greater prosperity for all.

Whether it's mentoring someone, supporting a cause, or simply being kind, acts of generosity ripple outwards, creating a culture where everyone benefits. In this way, sharing abundance becomes not just an act of giving, but a celebration of life’s richness—reminding us that when we lift others, we rise together.

By allowing ourselves to experience abundance is a transformative journey that begins with a shift in mindset and extend it to every aspect of life.
