From Ultimatum to Unfolding – Unexpected Events Began My Entrepreneurial Journey
I started my own business at 23. The official story is that I couldn’t fit under another boss, so I decided to be my own. That’s true, but there’s more to the story. At the time, I was in a relationship with a boyfriend who wasn’t good for me. Back then, I couldn’t see it, but looking back, I’ve learned a lot from that time.

One day, he gave me an ultimatum: either I quit my job and did something else, or he would leave me. The idea of becoming independent had been there for a while, but I didn’t feel ready. Still, I took the leap because I felt I had no choice. My point is that “there’s nothing so bad that it isn’t good for something.” If it hadn’t been for him, I wouldn’t have started my entrepreneurial journey so early. This taught me that the feeling of being ready only arises after you’ve taken action and stepped into the unknown. Feeling ready is an illusion that only comes once you’ve overcome what you thought you couldn’t. There will always be bumps along the road, but as you just read, it’s a choice which path to take. I discovered that I am an old soul, and therefore I’ve learned some life lessons early, which often made me feel I didn’t fit in. But that was a sign that I should follow my own path! It’s impossible to compare oneself to others when we’re all unique, but the balance between inspiration and listening to one’s inner voice is a lifelong journey.
From Darkness to Millions – Stress and Depression Became My Path to Breakthrough
My business has evolved in many ways and taken several turns, but everything has been exactly as it should be – in flow. We grow throughout our lives, so it’s natural that our businesses follow suit. Everything that has happened has led me to where I am today, and I wouldn’t be without any of the experiences.
Three to four years into my entrepreneurial life, I was diagnosed with stress and depression. Two to three years later, my business had its biggest breakthrough, with a revenue of several million. This breakthrough would never have happened without the dark time I went through. I believe that we can only lead our clients as far as we ourselves have come, and that’s exactly what happened to me when I shifted my business from signage and vinyl production to stress coaching. I could feel that my own transformation was for something greater than myself, and honestly, that thought kept me alive: “I did it for more than just myself.”
Blending Business and Spirituality – A New Path to Success
When I started working with stress and depression management, my spiritual identity reawakened. We’re all born with a spiritual side, but many, including myself, shut it down early in life because it’s unknown and scary. The symptoms of stress were actually my inner voice trying to guide me toward a healthier direction and the purpose I was placed on earth for. But I only understood that later. Maybe you’ve experienced something similar? If you ignore it long enough, your body will eventually shut you down. In my struggle to return to life, I was filled with inspiration, curiosity, and the realization that there’s always more – more to life, to business, and to purpose. This became the start of my journey to create what I couldn’t find myself. I was tired of things being “either-or,” when spirituality, in reality, is about “both-and.” My discovery was that balance isn’t about external circumstances but something you create from the inside out.
Being Copied and Criticized – Learning and Insight from the Coaching Industry
My growth as an entrepreneur and my journey in the coaching industry have left their marks, and I am determined to continue contributing to this development. In the beginning, I naively thought it would be a walk in the park because it’s about working with people and development. But let me be honest: the road is bumpy, just like any other road, but we choose which bumps matter to us.
The first time I was shocked was when people began to copy me. I was outraged that they could get away with it, but a mentor taught me that when someone copies you, it means you’re doing something right. They can copy your words but not your energy. The second time I was shaken was when people became dissatisfied with my style. It was a tough blow to my confidence, but again, it was an opportunity for learning. I learned that we’re not for everyone and that the relationships that trigger us happen for a reason.

Everything Happens For A Reason
Whether something is a lesson along the way or an achieved goal, there is always something to learn. I have helped many women and men on their soul journeys, and many continue to follow along – and I follow them. It’s incredible how some people come into our lives, perhaps only briefly, but with a message so profound that it can be hard to receive. I promise you, it is a gift, even if it doesn’t seem like it at first.
Also remember, not everything is your responsibility to heal! Some people come with something they need to heal themselves, and you are merely the mirror that helps them realize it. It doesn’t always feel good, but it’s one of the cards we’ve drawn as souls with a greater purpose. I hope this brings peace to your soul.

With the growth I’ve achieved in both my own and others' businesses in recent years, my ambitions don’t stop here. I know there is always another layer, another level, and another journey. The more of us there are, the stronger we become.
As a female entrepreneur, I’ve realized that we have been given our voices because they have the power to change the imbalances that still exist between masculine and feminine energy in the world. One cannot exist without the other, and the wave of balance has started, but there is still a long way to go.
